The founder of Resmark, Mr. Goodman has more than 30 years of experience in real estate finance and asset management. He has managed private placements, corporate restructurings and work-outs totaling more than $10 billion for real estate companies across the U.S. He has also managed complex debt-for-asset swap transactions on residential tracts valued in excess of $250 million. Mr. Goodman has been the director of four publicly-traded real estate companies, including two REITs. He currently serves on the board of the Lusk Center for Real Estate at the University of Southern California, the Los Angeles Police Foundation and the Board of Regents of City of Hope. Since 1994, he has served on the Board of Directors of publicly-traded Orleans Homebuilders, Inc.
